Acquisition of POWARE Industrial Automation

EXPRO has acquired POWARE Industrial Automation from Amersfoort. This acquisition will expand our reach in several ways. “We’ll gain better national coverage, additional commercial strength, and additional expertise in project and site engineering. This can help us strengthen our position with customers and in the market.”

For some time now, we’ve noticed a need for more engineering capacity within EXPRO. It quickly became clear that we clicked well with the owner and sales representative. This resulted in the acquisition of POWARE Industrial Automation last week.

Angel Schneiderberg will take over the day-to-day management of POWARE. The organization will continue to operate as before. By joining forces, we’ll create an even stronger company.
